STRAWBERRY CUPCAKE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS: (for 12 cupcake)
All-purpose flour-11/2 cups
Baking powder-11/2 tsp
Baking soda-1/4 tsp
Salt-1/4 tsp
Butter(Room temperature) -1/2 cup (100g)
Sugar(Powdered)-1cup
Eggs-2
Vanilla essence-1 tsp
Milk-1/2 cup
METHOD:
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar for 3-4 minutes untill light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time and beat.
- Mix in the vanilla essence.
- Now add the dry ingredients a little at a time and alternate mixing with the milk.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners(fill only 2/3)
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Leet cool.
STRAWBERRY FROSTING(PICTURED) INGREDIENTS:
Butter(unsalted, room temperature)-1/2 cup (100g).
powdered sugar -2 cups.
Strawberry puree/jam-2 tbsp.
Vanilla essence-1/2 tsp.
