How to Make Crunchy Spring Rolls at Home – Market-Wali Perfect Recipe”


 ✅ INGREDIENTS:

For Wrapper (optional if using readymade sheets):

1 Cup all-purpose flour

 2 Tbsp cornflour

 ¼ Tsp salt

 Water (to make a smooth batter)

 Oil (for greasing)

 (You can also use readymade spring roll sheets for ease.)

 For Filling:

1 Cup finely shredded cabbage

½ Cup carrots (julienned)

 ¼ Cup capsicum (thinly sliced)

 1 Small onion (optional)

 1 Tbsp garlic (finely chopped)

 1 tbsp soy sauce

 1 tbsp red chilli sauce

 1 Tsp vinegar

 Salt & pepper as per taste

 1 Tbsp oil

 For Sealing Paste:

2 Tbsp flour + 2 tbsp  water


 👩‍🍳 METHOD:  


 1️⃣ Prepare Filling:


 Heat oil in a pan, add garlic & onion → sauté lightly.


 Add cabbage, carrot, capsicum → stir fry on high flame (don’t overcook).


 Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, salt & pepper → mix well.


 Let the mixture cool completely.


 2️⃣ Prepare Wrappers (if homemade):


 Mix flour, cornflour, salt, and water → make a thin batter.


 Spread thin layer on nonstick tawa like dosa → just cook one side lightly.


 Make all sheets and stack with parchment in between.


 3️⃣ Assemble:


 Place filling on one side of sheet → fold from sides → roll tightly.


 Apply sealing paste to stick edges.


 4️⃣ Fry:


 Heat oil on medium flame.


 Fry spring rolls until golden & crispy.


 Cut diagonally for street-style look!


 🍜 Serving Suggestion:


 Serve hot with schezwan chutney, tomato ketchup, or spicy mayo dip!
